Understanding your invoice

Your invoice shows exactly what you're paying for. Here's a breakdown of each section.

Viewing your invoices

  1. 1. Log into your Realm.fun account
  2. 2. Click your profile icon in the top right
  3. 3. Select Billing
  4. 4. Click Invoice History to see all past invoices

You can download any invoice as a PDF for your records.

Invoice breakdown

Header information

  • - Invoice number: Unique identifier for this bill
  • - Date: When the invoice was generated
  • - Billing period: The dates this invoice covers
  • - Payment status: Paid, pending, or failed

Line items

Each server or service is listed separately:

  • - Description: Server name, game type, and plan
  • - Quantity: Usually "1" per server
  • - Unit price: Monthly cost before any prorations
  • - Amount: What you're actually charged

Proration

If you upgraded or downgraded mid-cycle, you'll see prorated charges:

  • - Prorated charge: Extra cost for upgrading mid-month
  • - Prorated credit: Refund for unused time on old plan

Total

  • - Subtotal: Sum of all line items
  • - Credits applied: Any account credit used
  • - Total: What was charged to your card

Common questions

Why was I charged a different amount?

If your charge differs from expected, check for:

  • - Plan changes (upgrade/downgrade prorations)
  • - Multiple servers on your account
  • - Account credits being applied
  • - Currency conversion (all prices are in EUR)

When am I billed?

You're billed on the same day each month as your original sign-up. For example, if you signed up on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each month.

How do I get a receipt for taxes?

Download any invoice from your Billing page. The PDF includes all the information typically needed for expense reports or tax purposes.

Email notifications

We email you a copy of each invoice when it's generated. Check your spam folder if you're not receiving them, or update your email address in Account Settings.
