Requesting a refund

We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee on all new servers. Here's how our refund policy works.

24-hour money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your server for any reason, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

  1. 1. Go to the Contact Support page
  2. 2. Select "Billing" as the topic
  3. 3. Include "Refund request" in your message
  4. 4. Provide your account email and server name

We'll process your request and confirm the refund within 24 hours.

What qualifies for a refund

Eligible for refund

  • First payment on a new server (within 24 hours)
  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Charges for servers that failed to deploy

Not eligible for refund

  • Recurring payments (after the first month)
  • Requests made after 24 hours from initial purchase
  • Servers terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Partial month charges when canceling mid-cycle

Cancellation credit

If you cancel after the 24-hour window, you won't receive a refund, but your server remains active until the end of your billing period. You won't be charged again.

Refund timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. However, it takes time for the money to appear:

  • - Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • - Some banks: May take up to one billing cycle

The refund will appear on your statement from the original payment method.
