Support Hero

Be the friendly face of Realm.fun. Help gamers solve problems and have the best server experience possible.

€32k - €48k year

What you'll do

  • Respond to customer support tickets via email and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with game servers
  • Help customers with billing questions and account management
  • Identify common issues and suggest improvements to documentation
  • Escalate complex technical issues to specialists
  • Contribute to help center articles based on common questions
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

What we're looking for

  • Passion for helping people and solving problems
  • Gaming background - you understand what our customers need
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Patient and empathetic with frustrated customers
  • Basic technical troubleshooting ability
  • Available to work in European time zones

Nice to have

  • Previous customer support experience
  • Experience with game server hosting or administration
  • Knowledge of multiple games we support
  • Multiple language skills (German, French, Spanish, etc.)
  • Experience with support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
