Community Manager
Build and nurture our gaming community. Manage Discord, social media, and create connections between gamers.
€40k - €60k year
What you'll do
- Manage and grow our Discord community
- Create engaging content for social media (Twitter, TikTok, YouTube)
- Organize community events, tournaments, and giveaways
- Gather and synthesize community feedback for the product team
- Respond to community questions and foster positive discussions
- Collaborate with content creators and gaming influencers
- Monitor gaming trends and community sentiment
What we're looking for
- Passionate gamer with active presence in gaming communities
- Experience managing Discord servers or online communities
- Strong social media skills (Twitter, TikTok, YouTube)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Creative mindset for content and event ideas
- Available to work in European time zones
Nice to have
- Previous community management experience
- Experience with community tools (Discord bots, moderation)
- Video editing or streaming experience
- Connections in gaming communities
- Multiple language skills
