Help gamers set up and optimize their game servers. Deep dive into Minecraft, Valheim, Palworld, and other popular titles.

Was du tun wirst
- Help customers configure and optimize game servers for peak performance
- Troubleshoot server issues including mods, plugins, and performance problems
- Create detailed setup guides and tutorials for specific games
- Test new game releases and document server requirements
- Collaborate with the product team to improve the hosting experience
- Maintain expertise in 3-5 supported games
Was wir suchen
- Deep knowledge of at least 2-3 games we support (Minecraft, Valheim, Palworld, ARK, Rust, etc.)
- Experience running or administrating game servers
- Understanding of server configuration, mods, and plugins
- Excellent written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Available to work in European time zones
Von Vorteil
- Experience with Linux server administration
- Background in technical support or customer success
- Content creation experience (guides, videos, tutorials)
- Active in gaming communities (Discord, Reddit, forums)
- Knowledge of multiple game genres
